You will also receive an acknowledgment from us within 7 days confirming receipt of your complaint.

    Once you have submitted your complaint we will assess it to determine whether or not you have complained about a privacy issue which is covered by the relevant privacy laws. If you have complained about something which is not appropriately dealt with under privacy law, we will write to you and explain why our Privacy Manager is unable to address your complaint.

Australia/ allow 3—5 business days, sent with regular standard postage.

International / allow 9-15 business days sent with International Air parcel.

* Please note that during our sale/promotional events, delivery may be longer than the specified delivery times above.
* Items may only be available for dispatch from separate locations. There will not be any additional shipping charges applied.
* When your online purchase is complete you will receive an email containing your order confirmation and delivery details. We will also provide you with a link that will allow you to track and trace the status of your delivery at any time.
* If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please Contact Us within 7 working days of placing your order so that we may assist you.
* The standard currency in our online shop is AUD. For international buyers free shipping applies and this will be sent from our HKG manufacturing plant. The buyer is responsible for any applicable duties and taxes imposed by the customs authorities in your destination country.

* Gift cards can be purchased at the value of your choice.
* Our Gift Cards can either be sent directly to the buyer or to a recipient of your choice.
* Our gift cards are delivered electronically via email.
* Our gift cards need are valid up until 18 month from the time of purchase.
* Our gift cards cannot be exchanged in for physical cash.
* any remaining amount on the gift card is forfeited if not used. Although any remaining balance can be used with other forms of payment.

  5. Terms of Sale

    By placing an order you are offering to purchase a product on and subject to the following terms and conditions. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.
    Dispatch times may vary according to availability and any guarantees or representations made as to delivery times are subject to any delays resulting from postal delays or force majeure for which we will not be responsible. Please see delivery section on this page for more information.

    In order to contract with The Australian Sock Company you must be over 18 years of age and possess a valid credit or debit card issued by a bank acceptable to us. The Australian Sock Company retains the right to refuse any request made by you.

Pre-authorisation charges will clear within 3 - 5 working days after placing your order (depending on your banking or payment method’s practices).

* We do not offer a change of mind policy
* We have a strict no return or refund policy.
* We do have an exchange policy where if the item is received torn at no fault of the buyer then we will dispatch new pair at no extra cost to the buyer. The following echange timeframes apply and subject to the following conditions:

  • Proof of purchase is accompanied with the returned merchandise;

  • The merchandise is unworn, unwashed, unused and in its original condition with all tags intact.

  • Proof of tear and fault is shown.

  • Any discounts received at the time of purchase will be carried over.
